I'm Mike Pavone. I grew up in Bellevue, live in Kirkland's Finn Hill neighborhood with my wife and three kids, and have been selling real estate throughout Seattle and the Eastside for nearly 20 years. I've watched these communities change quite a bit over in that time, and growing up here has given me a depth in perspective that goes beyond market statistics.
I've worked with just about every type of residential real estate transaction, including luxury homes, waterfront properties, condos, investment properties, estate sales, and first-time buyers. My experience also includes downsizing, multi-family properties, 1031 exchanges, short sales, and auctions. Every transaction is different, and knowing how to handle the unexpected comes with experience.
Trilogy at Redmond Ridge
Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is one of my primary areas of focus. It's a unique 55+ community with its own housing market, floor plans, amenities, and community guidelines. Understanding those details is important whether you're buying your first home in Trilogy or preparing to sell one you've owned for years.
I work closely with buyers to evaluate floor plans, compare properties, and understand what they're paying for. For sellers, I focus on pricing, preparation, and positioning the home correctly in a market that doesn't always follow the same trends as the rest of Redmond.
Bellevue, Kirkland & Finn Hill
Bellevue is where I grew up, and Finn Hill is where I chose to raise my family. I've spent most of my life in these communities, so I know the neighborhoods, housing styles, and differences between locations that can affect property values.
Whether it's a condo in downtown Bellevue, a home in Finn Hill, or waterfront property in Kirkland, my approach is the same. I'll tell you what I think the property is worth, what I like about it, and what concerns me. Bad news doesn't get better with time and I'd rather have an uncomfortable conversation upfront than deal with an avoidable problem later.

I'm a co-founder of Pavone Kinzler, a real estate team with Windermere Real Estate. My business partner, Eric Kinzler, and I work together to give our clients the benefit of two experienced agents throughout the buying and selling process.

Outside of Real Estate
When I'm not working, I'm usually spending time with my wife and three kids, cooking, working on projects around the house, or getting a workout in. I enjoy staying busy and don't have much interest in sitting around doing nothing.
I've always believed that real estate doesn't need to be more complicated than it already is. Know your numbers, give people good advice, and do what you say you're going to do. The rest tends to work itself out.
