I'm Eric Kinzler, a REALTOR® with Windermere Real Estate and one half of Pavone Kinzler. My business partner, Mike Pavone, and I help people buy and sell homes throughout Seattle's Eastside, with a particular focus on Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, Ames Lake, Redmond, and the Snoqualmie Valley.
I grew up in Central Texas and moved to the Seattle area more than a decade ago. Today, I live on Ames Lake, where I've found a community that has become a big part of my life. I've been involved in neighborhood leadership and organizing everything from food trucks and concerts to community celebrations. Getting to know my neighbors and bringing people together is something I genuinely enjoy, and it's one of the reasons I love what I do.
A Different Approach to Real Estate
I've always believed that buying or selling a home should feel like working with someone you trust, not someone trying to sell you something. My approach is pretty simple: listen, give honest advice, communicate clearly, and make sure you have the information you need to make the right decisions.
Sometimes that means having a difficult conversation about pricing, timing, or what a home is really worth. I'm comfortable having those conversations because I'd rather be straightforward from the beginning than tell someone what they want to hear.
When you work with me, you're also getting Mike. We bring different strengths to the table, and that's intentional. Mike grew up in Bellevue and knows the Eastside incredibly well, while much of my work is centered around Redmond, Ames Lake, and the Snoqualmie Valley. Between the two of us, you get different perspectives, more resources, and two people looking out for your best interests.
Trilogy at Redmond Ridge
Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is one of the communities Mike and I have made a priority in our business. We know the floor plans, the amenities, and many of the details that make buying or selling in this 55+ community different from other neighborhoods.
From understanding the HOA and architectural design review process to comparing floor plans and evaluating homes within the community, we help our clients make informed decisions. We also understand that a move into or out of Trilogy often comes with bigger life changes, whether that's downsizing, relocating, or simply looking for a home that better fits the next chapter.

As of October 20, 2026, I'm the #1 real estate agent in Ames Lake for 2026 year-to-date, ranked first in both residential sales volume and transaction sides based on NWMLS data. I've also sold four Ames Lake waterfront properties in 2026 alone.
Waterfront homes require a different approach, and I enjoy helping clients understand what makes these properties unique. From pricing and marketing to understanding the lifestyle and considerations that come with waterfront ownership, firsthand experience makes a meaningful difference.

When I'm not working, you'll probably find me playing tennis, spending time on Ames Lake, organizing something for the neighborhood, or enjoying a good meal and a glass of Scotch with friends.
